A local government chairman in Oyo state has got people talking online after he dressed Like school children, knelt and raise up his hands. 

The Man donated drums, bags among others to the pupil and student. The kids were really happy in the photos shared online.

The local government community populace were overwhelmed with joy and gratitude to the chairman.
