"I come from a family where there wasn't entertainment. It's straight up, you go to school, get your degree. And then my dad gives you 2 options: it's either he gets you a job with one of his rich friends or you work for him. But I was the first person to branch out of that pattern. I chose my path. My dad fought my decision initially, but when my music blew up, he started to believe in my decision" - Davido
