 Former Governor of Kano State, Ibrahim Shakarau, has formally decamped to the PDP.

Shakarau who announced his defection from the NNDP at his residence in Kano on Monday, said he will work to ensure the success of Abubakar Atiku in the forthcoming election.


"Myself and thousands of my followers have defected to the People Democratic Party PDP, and are now bona fide memeber of the PDP", he said.
