Nigerian Army dismisses two soldier officer over killing of Yobe Islamic cleric


 The Nigerian Army has dismissed two soldier over the murder of Yobe state Islamic cleric, Sheikh Muhammed Goni Aisami.

It was gathered that Sheikh Muhammed Goni was shoot and killed by Gabriel after he offered him a ride.

Announcing their dismissal, the acting commander in charge of 241 Reece Battalion, Nguru, Lieutenant Colonel Ibrahim Abdullahi Osabo, "after the joint board inquiry set up by the army in collaboration with the police had found them guilty on a two-count charge respectively".
