 Hold-up even dey waterside, said a shocked Lagos resident while visiting the Makoko river in Lagos, Nigeria.

He shared a sad video showing how canoes lined up and packed like "Sardines" with people inside. The video is touching...

"I have never seen somewhere like this. I think say na only express traffic dey. Hope they can swim if any boat has issue, a woman remarked."
